    Draculass - Daughter of Dracula

spacer

This bloodthirsty little minx used to get up to all sorts of
toothsome trouble. As the title tells us, she was in fact
a vampire child who came to stay with little Maisie and
her Mum and Dad for an extended period and consequently
wrought havoc upon the neighbourhood, feasting upon
every exposed neck she could find...

   Draculass

S'funny but Draculass' bloody ways appeared merely to irritate
Maisie and her family, rather than scare the bejeezus out of 'em.
If your house guest opted to sleep in a coffin you'd at least
show some concern, right? And then when she sank her
teeth into your neighbours, friends and family you'd get just
a tiny bit freaked, wouldn't you?

   Well, wouldn't you?

Draculass was a simple strip concept, artfully drawn by Terry
Bave. The gal had a look of real relish in her eyes. She was
frequently presented in glorious colour on the comic's back
page. Oh, and Trivia Hounds may like to note, Draculass didn't
actually reveal that she could fly until issue # 14...

Similarly, Trivia Hounds may also be interested to know that she
guested in the Whoopee! Book of Frankie Stein in 1977. At the
end of her strip, she's chased out of frame by a huge mechanical
guard dog specially invented by mad Professor Cube!
