This was the Sunday tv spin-off from "Tingha
and Tucker Club", starring the
koala bear puppets Tingha and Tucker and their host "Auntie
Jean" Morton,
as well as all their antipodean pals from the daily broadcasts
on ATV.
Being a Sunday series, the show had a religious bent,
with "Auntie Jean" reading
bible stories and giving viewers little religious
lessons, whilst the puppets
re-enaacted those famous biblical tales. Yep, you
read that right. Tingha and
Tucker and friends donned bedouin robes and roamed
amongst studio-based
palm trees and rocky outcrops as they brought
us parables from both the
New and Old Testament!...
